We know that fit and comfort are everything when it comes to sunglasses. If your EYE WONDER frames aren’t exactly what you hoped for, we’re here to help! Simply email us at admin@eyewonder.com.au or DM us on Instagram @eyewonder.eyewear to request a return.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your sunglasses. Please ensure they’re returned in their original condition, without signs of use, and inside their respective boxes, as you received it.
Please attach a NOTE TO THE PACKAGE: Indicating if it is Return or Exchange (which model you want) / Full Name / Order number.
Once we’ve received and inspected the product, we’ll process your refund promptly.
RETURN SHIPPING
You’re responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item, and please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
For international orders (outside of Australia), any applicable customs charges will also be your responsibility.

DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@eyewonder.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
